Hello,
Four corrections have been made in WWII 38 Group Roll of Honour:
- You must read Flight Sergeant Stanley George KENTCH and not KENCH.
- Flight Lieutenant Leslie Jack ROWELL was Mentioned in Despatches (the date of publication in the London Gazette is unknown).
- Warrant Officer Samuel Albert FOLBIGG and Flying Officer William Alexander MacLENNAN never came back from an SAS operation 'Haggart 11' on 31 August 1944. They were onboard Halifax LL400 2P-'T' and nothing was ever heard from the aircraft. The crew had regrettably to be reported as missing.
Best regards.
